The thing is, that since its inception, the fire cape has become easier to get, with all the guides, new weapons, and other things. I would say any animated cape would have to be harder to get, and I feel like a "snowflake cape" just doesn't sound very imposing or difficult.

They could make it like a hailstorm cape or something cool (maybe blizzard cape?). My point is there are plenty of those types of cool names.

actually thats not entirely true the fire cape used to be easier to get with less than half the waves(not sure how many) it has now and the new weapons dont really help much since every pretty much uses range anyway..

I like this it would actually fit in...Yeah fire cape owners could become pissed but so long as snow capes had crappy stats well atleast fire capes are still probly the best cape in the game and would still have its "prestige"

personaly i think this should be a sub-quest after the event
where (like getting a purple cat) you wouuld have to do a small quest then trade in one of the following capes:
*normal cape
*legends cape
*fire cape
and it would transfrom into and frosted version
*this way you shall keep the stats of capes w/o others being mad
i personaly think that the animation should only be on the fire cape.
others would just have an emote that like an dorgeshkan tele orb: the person would raise two hands zap the sky and and storm of snow falls for 2-3 sec :)

I think it should give less bonuses from the lava cape but still some bonuses and also let it be a really hard f2p quest similar to the lava cape quest(can't remember the name) but not quite as hard

As said, people would get very upset about a snowflake cape, if it were easy to get.

Perhaps it can be a side reward, where, after you've completed the quest, you get something, and if you bring the Snow Queen a Fire Cape, she converts it to a Snowflake Cape, or gives it the option to transform into one.

Alright idea, but i would kinda defeat the purpose of the fire cape (except for the stats)
