Dear Zorek,
This is because none of your other skills appear on the high scores. they have to be at least 1m of rank,or at least lvl 30. otherwise it doesnt show. The sigs run on highscores.

That's why Draynor.net sigs use the Runescape Highscores, so that people can't lie.

could some one tell me what it means by the link to the clan member list? also does that put the clan name on the sig?
and could someone tell me how to get the stat sigs to have my lvl and everything and how to update

The link to your clan member list is the runehead.com link to it, which you can find by either signing up your clan to their clan database, or finding it yourself from a previously-created memberlist. This should take all the information from the runehead.com link you provided and will display the title, amount of members and other cool statistics!
An example link to a clan memberlist would look something like this: http://www.runehead....p?clan=yourclan
In regards to your question about having your levels on the stat signatures, you may have to get your levels onto the official Runescape Hiscores before they will show up on your signature. Signatures update every 24 hours, I believe, so there shouldn't be any probelms unless you want to do it manually via the update page.
