Fletching is my first and only one so far. I didn't even know about the skill capes until I was in my nineties, so I wouldn't say I did it just for the cape.
I also went on a quest for a hardworking one, Crafting, and stopped short at level 94. I might return and complete that in the future.

I'm not sure. I got mine over a year ago. I made 6M then, but I've heard you now lose money.

My first and only 99 was Thieving. I get it because its a Easy/Medium skill and only 7k people have it. Also made 5m on the way.
