About Me
My RS Life
I started playing RS when it first started and yes I am serious. I started playing RSC back when it was being hosted as a new game just out of Beta testing on a game site called New Grounds. I still remember how things used to be noted when you traded them to people (in amounts of 15 or less) and that you had to rest and sleep on your bed roll after training for a certain amount of time no matter what it was you were training.
In 2003 I met a group of really awesome people which led to the creation of a clan with a few of them in 2004 which I helped lead for just over a year. In the beginning of 2006 one of the leaders that I worked with retired and then came back and used his clan forums root admin access to delete the board and everyone on it. The remaining leaders and I started a new clan which I left in late 2006 after being told to, "Just sit back, shut up and look pretty and let us handle it. If the clan dies it dies and we'll move on". 2 days later I left and my current clan was born on November 18th 2006 because no self respecting clan leader just sits there and watches their clan die.
I have successfully led End Of Neutrality since then.
I will confess that I love my RS account but it could be better. I spend a great deal of time taking care of my clan (more than I should at times) on top of having lost internet twice, each time for 5 to 6 months. I am hoping to improve my already 2k+ total and 120+ combat significant through the 2010 year.
IRL
First I would like to say I am a cancer survivor. If you know someone with cancer or that has survived it, know that they do not want your pity, to be treated like they are an invilid or like they are dieing even if that is the case. They want a gentle hug and to be told "we support you" and "we love you". Those sentiments mean more than breath when you feel depressed and alone because of sickness and treatments.
Secondly I am a mother of three that ironically enough is married to her High School sweetheart. He also plays RS and our kids can't wait until they are old enough to make accounts of their own.
I am a game-aholic. I have a Wii with a few RPG's as well as my fave game for any game deck, Mario Kart. If you wanna race let me know and I'll add your Wii ID and send you mine. I have beaten every Doom and Tomb Raider game ever made. My best record so far is beating Tomb Raider Underworld on the Wii in 8 hours and 43 minutes from start to finish in one day (I was seeing if I could do it, and yeah I could...lol). I play a lot of stuff but my first love is and will always be RS.
