Abyssal Demons (Camping)
The best way to camp Abyssal Demons.
General:
The first thing that users need to know about Abyssal Demons are that they are not very strong for their combat level, with a max hit of 80 Life Points. This makes them ideal monsters to train on. Users must note that in order to attack Abyssal Demons you must acquire level 85 in the Slayer skill. Users may attack Abyssal Demons without having 85 Slayer, but this will result in the user hitting 0's every time. Giving the monster the ability to retaliate and deal damage back to you.
Starting Out:
After attaining 85 Slayer, users can find Abyssal Demons in one of two locations. The Slayer Tower (Floor 3) located north-west of Canafis. You may also find them in the Abyss with the Fairy Ring code ALR. So the ideal location to train on Abyssal Demons would be in the Abyss due to its low traffic. Users must note that the Quest Fairy Tale (Part II) must at least be started to access the Fairy Ring network. For ultimate effectiveness complete Fairy Tale (Part III) as after this quest, users are not required to wield the Dramen staff to access the network and providing one extra space in your inventory. This brings us to user equipment. (Please keep in mind that the example shown is for melee. Users may Range or Mage Abyssal Demons as well with the same effectiveness as melee, just replace the melee armor with your best Range or Mage gear).
User Equipment:

- Helm of Neitizot
- Dragon Platebody
- Dragon Platelegs
- Dragon Boots
- Abyssal Whip
- Barrows Gloves
- Fire Cape/Skillcape/Obby Cape
- Amulet of Glory or Fury
- Dragonfire Shield or Rune Defender
- Berserker Ring/Warrior Ring/Ring of Wealth
You can mix and match items for armor. Such as Bandos instead of Dragon. Even Guthan is a good substitute. Guthan is recommended if you dont have a high enough Summoning level for a Unicorn. It is safe to take with you if you use Bunyips and is most needed if you use food such as sharks. You may also want to use Excalibur (e) for its special. Whatever works for your style of combat. Another good thing to have if the user can afford it is an Saradomin Godsword (SGS). The SGS restores Life Points by half the amount of damage done (100 Damage results in 50 Life Points received). It also restores Prayer the same way, but on a 1/4 scale. This combined with the curse Soul Split is a good combination to have for camping Abyssal Demons and most other monsters as well.
Inventory:

Users should know that this is for ultimate effectiveness for camping. You can use other food or a Bunyip instead of a Unicorn. You may use any number of High Alchemy spells that you feel comfortable holding in combat. If users prefer to collect gems then a Gem Bag received through Dungeoneering is ideal to put in your inventory as well. Users may also wish to put in super pots in their inventory.
Drops:
Abyssal Demons are great to train on for experience and for really nice profit. It is suggested the users pick up every coin drop because the coins add up really quick. They will also add on to the items that you have High Alched. Abyssal Demons are also a really nice place to receive Crimson Charms for the Summoning skill. Users need not pick up charms if they do not train Summoning. Some of the more common 'rare' drops are Rune Medium Helmet and Rune Chainbody. The ultimate prize from Abyssal Demons is the Abyssal Whip.
Abyss Training:
This is probably the best place to train on Abyssal Demons because of its quick access to a bank and its convenient Summoning Obelisk. If you need to restore your Summoning points, just click on the Fairy Ring and there will be an obelisk right where you spawn. The easiest Fairy Ring to access would be the one between Edgeville and the Grand Exchange (Code DKR). This allows the user to teleport between banks and its monster quickly for replenishing and to the Grand Exchange to sell high price items that you would not High Alchemy.

Canafis Training:
The reason this is not preferred is because there is some distance between you and the nearest bank. Its not terribly far but its enough to be an inconvenience. It also has very high traffic. Users can access the Slayer tower quickly by teleporting to the Fairy Ring south of the Slayer Tower using the code CKS or with a Slayer Ring obtained through a Slayer Master. This however does not help you in getting to a bank as quick because if you were to run back to the ring and go to the Lost City, it is still further than going from the Abyss to the Lost City. It would be more efficient to just run to the Canafis bank. Users may however use a Amulet of Glory to teleport to Edgeville for quick banking, then right on over to the Fairy Ring across the river to teleport back to the Fairy Ring south of the Slayer tower or using their Slayer Ring again. Also camping here would require the user to hold Summoning potions to keep summoning their familiar otherwise the user would have to run down all 3 floors out of the Slayer Tower to the Summoning Obelisk just South of there.
