1. Rendezvous with Leela
Speak to Hassan, located in the inner sanctum of the Al Kharid Temple. Ask Hassan if he needs help at all, he will ask you to speak to Osman, located just outside the temple for instructions.

Locate Osman, who is wandering in a black suit just outside the temple. He will give word to you that their prince is captive by the Lady Keli. To accomplish a rescue attempt, he tells you that there are two things you must do. First, he asks you to tie Lady Keli up, and disguise the prince as Lady Keli herself to freely walk out of the jail un-noticed. Secondly, Osman tells you that you will need a copy of the jail cell key to successfully free the prince.
2. Preparing the Escape Required Items: All listed items.
Leela, who is an agent of Al Kharid, will help you on your quest to successfully free the prince. Leela can be located just south of a large wheat field in Draynor Village. Speak to her, and she will go into detail on how to acquire various items to successfully free the prince. Now, our job is to collect these items.

  1. Get a duplicate of the key that is imprisoning the prince.
The key that opens the cell that Prince Ali is captive in is tied around Lady Keli's neck. To get a copy of such a safe key, simply head into the Falador regions, and prepare yourself a bronze bar, as well as a piece of soft clay. Both of which can be made in the Dwarven Mines, and the Barbarian Village.
  2. Get some rope to tie up the Princes' kidnapper.
Head back to Draynor Village, and speak to Ned, who is located in the easternmost house. Purchase a coil of rope from him for 15 coins. Alternatively, you can also give him four balls of wool, and he'll make you some rope for free.
  3. Get something to color the Princes' skin as a disguise.
Just west of Ned's house, is Aggie's house. Ask her if there is any way to make a skin paste. She will ask for several items: a base for the paste, a pot of flour, and some redberries. To make the base of the paste, simply combine ashes, a pot of flour, and a bucket of water together. Hand the items over to Aggie, and she'll make you some skin paste.
  4. Get a skirt similar to his kidnapper as disguise.
Simply head over to Varrock Square, and purchase a pink skirt for a small cost at the Clothing Shop to the southwest.
  5. Get a wig to help disguise the prince.
Return to Ned's house, and ask him what other things he can make out of wool. Ask him to knit a wig for you. In return, he requests for three balls of wool. Once you have your wig, use your yellow dye on it, and you'll have a replica of Lady Keli's hair.

Once you have collected all of your items, your inventory should have: a bronze bar, a coil of rope, a yellow-dyed wig, skin paste, and some soft clay.
3. Executing the Plan Required Items: Bronze Bar, Rope, Yellow Wig, Skin Paste, Soft Clay, 3 Beers.
Return to Leela, and ask her how to make the key needed to open the jail cell. After she tells you how to get the key, run into the Draynor Jail House, avoiding damage you may take form the scattered Jail Guards outside. Speak to Lady Keli. Play cool with her by telling her that she is famous in RuneScape. Next, ask her what her plan is. Then, tell her that her bodyguards must have been very skillful. Finally, ask her if she can be sure they will not try to get him out. Lady Keli will respond by telling you that the only way to open the cell is by using the key wrapped around her neck. Ask her if you could see the key - she will agree to show you. Ask her if you could touch the key for a moment - you will then use your soft clay and press it against the key, making an imprint of the key used to free Prince Ali.

With your key print, return to Al Kharid and speak to Osman. Osman takes the key imprint and bronze bar and asks you to collect the key from Leela back in Draynor Village. Return to Draynor Village and speak with Leela, wandering north of the Draynor Jail House. Prior to the conversation of freeing Prince Ali, she will supply you with a bronze key used to open the jail cell Prince Ali is held captive in.

Leela will now talk to you about distracting the head guard of the Jail House; Joe. She will tell you that getting the guard drunk is a possibility. Leela continues by saying three beers may do the trick. Inside the Jail House, speak to Joe. Hand him a pint of beer. A few seconds later, Joe will ask for another one. Eventually, he will ask for a third. Joe will now be drunk enough for you to continue with the plan.

While Joe is drunk, use your rope on Lady Keli, and you will tie her up and throw her in a cupboard. As of now, you have five minutes to continue with the plan and escape. Dash to the prison door and use the key to open the cell. Meet up with Prince Ali and speak with him, eventually giving him the key and the so-called 'Lady Keli' disguise. Prince Ali will thank you, and ask you to speak with Hassan back at Al Kharid to claim your reward.
