1. Beginning the Quest
To being your quest, speak to Hetty in Rimmington, who will ask you to collect several items to complete her special potion mixture.
2. Hunt for the Items
Rat's Tail
Before you make your way out of Rimmington, walk into the southern-most house in the village and kill a rat for it's tail (obtaining the rat tail is only possible during the quest).
Onion
Walk north from Rimmington until you find a small cabbage and onion patch. One onion is all you need from this patch. Simply click on an onion to pick it out.
Eye of Newt
If you haven't already got one yet, grab 3 coins from your bank and head to the Port Sarim Magic Shop, buy yourself an Eye of Newt.
Burnt Meat
Grab a weapon from your bank (and armor if your combat level is low) and head north of the Magic Shop you were just in until you find a fenced area with cows. Kill one to pick up it's raw meat. Now, head back towards the Magic Shop and go past it, heading south, until you see a range in one of the houses. Use your meat with the range twice to burn it.
Make sure you have the items listed above in your inventory, and head back to Rimmington, and talk to Hetty. Drink from her cauldron when she asks you to.
