Our first job is to locate Romeo, who can be found at various locations throughout the city of Varrock. Your best bet is to simply wait at the center of Varrock for him to appear. Once you've spotted him, speak to him. He will ask you if you have seen his lover, Juliet.

Locate Father Lawrence at the Varrock Church, just northeast of your current location. After speaking with him, he will suggest that you make a Cadava Potion to make Juliet appear dead.

Make your way to the Apothecary in Varrock, which is far southwest of the Varrock Church. It would be a wise choice to collect some Cadavaberries on your way there, if you don't have any already. You can find the Apothecary by locating the Potion icon on the mini map. If you don't have any Cadavaberries on you, head to the area under the South Varrock Mine from the Apothecary (close to the Dark Wizards), and grab some Cadavaberries, if you have already done this in the previous step, talk to the Apothecary once again.
