Walkthrough:
1. Talk to Ceril Carnillean.
2. Enter Ceril's hideout to the south.
This quest allows you to choose which storyline to go through, the Hazeel storyline or Carnillean's storyline.
If you are joining the Hazeel:
3. Talk to Clivet.
4. Use poison on the range back at Ceril Carnillean's basement.
5. Speak with the Carnilleans and then go back to Clivet.
6.Go out of the cave and turn the valves as shown in the map below.
7. Return to hideout and board the raft there. Then talk to Alomone.
8.Search crates back at Carnillean's house for a key.
9. Knock on the wall near shelves on the first floor then search the chest and return to Alomone who will resurrect Lord Hazeel. Quest Complete for the Hazeel side.
If you are joining the Carnillean's:
3. Talk to Clivet and choose to not help him.
4. Talk to Ceril Carnillean.
5. Redirect the sewer current by turning the valves (the same directions as in the above image) and then board the raft.
6. Find, talk to (he tells you the Butler is on his side) and kill Alomone (Level 13). Retrieve Ceril's armour.
7. Talk to Ceril and accuse the Butler who will deny it.
8. Search the cupboards and find poison and the Hazeel amulet. Ask the Butler what the poison is for.
9. Ask Ceril what he thinks about the amulet so he agrees with you to complete the quest.
