Walkthrough
1. Talk to Grish -- he will give you some Cooked Chompies and Super Restore Potions and speak of some underground place
2. Talk to the Guard to the East who will crush the barricades for you
3. Pass over the barricades and and enter the dungeon to the East
4. Walk to the far Northwest to a charred area with some Coffins nearby
5. Search the Skeleton fight the level 39 Zombie
6. Pick up the Ruined Backpack and Open it to find that it belonged to B.Vahn -- it contains Rotten Food, a Knife, and a Dragon Tankard inside
7. Search the Broken Lectern near the Skeleton to find a Half Torn Page
8. Search the Ogre Coffin located directly west of the Skeleton, and use your Knife on it
9. Use your Strength to try and lift the lid and find a Black Prism
10. Go the Ye Old Dragon Inn located in Yanille, and use the Dragon Tankard on the Barkeeper and Talk to the Barkeeper
11. Walk to the Magic Guild and speak to Zavistic Rarve -- if he is not there, ring the bell
12. Talk to Sithik Ints' and search around in the room to find a HAM Book, Portraiture Book, a Necromancy Book, Charcoal and Papyrus
13. Read all 3 books -- the Torn Page you found earlier fits in the Necromancy Book
14. Use each of the books on Sithik
15. Use a piece of Papyrus on Sithik to make a sketch
16. Show the sketch to Sithik
17. Talk the Bartender in the Ye Old Dragon Inn and have him give you a Signed Portrait - you may need to make another sketch
18. Take the Signed Portrait to Zavistic. Zavistic will give you a Strange Potion to give to Sithik
19. Talk to Sithik and then use the Strange Potion on the Cup of Tea in Sithik’s room
20. Go down the stairs, then back up the stairs to find that Sithik has become an Ogre
21. Talk to Sithik using all the option in the chat, and Sithik will tell you about making Brutal Arrows, and a poison cure for the disease (Relicym's Balm)
22. Go to Karamja and find the Rogues Purse and Snake Weed
23. Add the Rogues Purse to a Vial of Water and then add the Snake Weed to get Relicym's Balm
24. Return to Grish and talk to Grish -- he will show you how to make a Composite Ogre Bow and he will give you an Ogre Gate Key
25. Make a Composite Ogre Bow and Brutal Arrows
26. Head back into the tomb, and travel West past the two big stone doors and climb down the stairs
27. Walk North, then East, and Search the Stand and fight the level 111 Slash Bash
28. Kill Slash Bash using Ogre Composite Bow and Brutal Arrows and pick up the Ogre Artifact and bones he drops
29. Talk to Grish to receive your reward
