After saving the Saradomin priest Drezel, he's seeking some assistance again.

Starting Location: Monastery East of Varrock

Starting NPC: Drezel

Required Skills: 18 Crafting
Required Quests: Priest in Peril
Required Items: Amulet of Ghostpseak and a Silver Sickle
Enemies to Defeat: Level 30 Ghasts

Walkthrough

1. Talk to Drezel in the Underground Chamber from the Priest in Peril quest
2. Walk through the Magic Barrier to Morytania
3. Walk South until you locate the gate to Mort Myre Swamp and open the gate and enter the Swamp
4. Walk due South until you find an island
5. Jump the broken bridge onto the island
6. Talk to Filliman and use the Mirror located under the Wash Bowl on Filliman
7. Search the Grotto Tree to find Filliman’s Journal, and then use the Journal with Filliman
8. Return to Drezel and have him Bless you
9. Return to the Swamp and cast the Bloom spell next to any log to get a piece of Mort Myre Fungi
10. Talk to Filliman and Search the stones on the floor
11. Use the Fungi on the Nature (West) stone
12. Use the Druid Spell on the Spirit (East) stone
13. Stand on the Faith (South) stone
14. Talk Filliman and tell him that you know the solution to the Puzzle
15. After Filliman casts the spell, go inside the Grotto
16. Take Silver Sickle and Druid Pouch to the Nature Spirit
17. Kill three Ghasts
18. Talk to the Nature Spirit – he will cast another spell, and the Grotto will transform into an Altar of Nature
