Lunar Dipliomacy

Get ready to be taken on a diplomatic mission between the Fremennik and the mysterious Moon Clan of Lunar Isle. It's up to you to settle their dispute and bring peace to these lands. Along your mission you will travel with pirates in their giant sea galleon, explore a new magical island and journey into your very dreams!

Starting Location: Rellekka Starting NPC: Lokar Searunner
Required Skills:61 Crafting, 40 Defense, 49 Firemaking, 5 Herblore, 65 Magic, 60 Mining, and 55 Woodcutting
Required Quests:The Fremennik Trials, Lost City, Rune Mysteries, and Shilo Village
Required Items: Tinderbox, 1 Guam Leaf, 1 Marrentill Leaf, 1 Suqah Ground Tooth, Pestle and Mortar, Air, Fire, Water, Earth Talismans or Tiaras (or an Omni Tiara), Dramen Staff, Hammer, Spade, Woodcutting Axe, Pickaxe, Needle and Thread

Walkthrough

1. Talk to Lokar Searunner on the dock West of the Sailor – Lokar is standing near Jarvald

The Seal of Passage
2. Talk to Brundt the Chieftain about the Moon Clan and obtain a Seal of Passage
3. Talk to Lokar and he will take you to Pirate Cove

The Lady Zay
4. Climb up two sets of Ladders and across the gangplank and Talk to Captain Bentley and ask about going to Lunar Island
5. When the ship gets “lost”, Talk to Captain Bentley again
6. Talk to Bird’s Eye Jack the Navigator
7. Talk to Captain Bentley again
8. Talk to Bird’s Eye Jack again
9. Talk to Captain Bentley
10. Talk to 'Eagle-eye' Shultz about jinxes
11. Talk to 'Beefy' Burns about the Pirates' visit to the Moon Clan
12. Talk to 'Lecherous' Lee
13. Talk to the Cabin Boy
14. Talk to'Lecherous' Lee (again) about the big feast
15. Talk to the First mate 'Davey-boy'
16. Talk to the Cabin Boy (again) and he will confess that a girl from the Moon Clan tricked him into drawing five symbols throughout the ship
17. Use the Emerald Lens on the Bullseye Lantern given to you by the Cabin Boy to create an Emerald lantern and light the Lantern
18. Use the Lantern on the wallchart to the west of the door, and select Rub Away
19. Use the Lantern on the Chest, near the Stairs, and select Rub Away
20. Use the Lantern on the two Stacked Crates east of the Cook's Galley, and select Rub Away
21. Use the lantern on the Support Beam just outside the Cook's Galley, and select Rub Away
22. Use the Lantern on the cannon on the East side of the deck at the Stern, and select Rub Away
23. Talk to Captain Bentley again, and set sail for Lunar Island

Lunar Island
24. Climb down two sets of Ladders to gain access to Lunar Island
25. Head North to the town and enter the Town Gate (cutscene)
26. Ask anyone on Lunar Island about the Oneiromancer
27. Walk East, out of town then, walk South and then Southwest to the Astral Altar and Talk to the Oneiromancer and seek her advice as how to settle the dispute between the Moon Clan and the Fremennik

The Potion of Waking Sleep
28. Talk to Baba Yaga in her Chicken House in the North part of the town (North of the Bank and beyond the fence) to learn how to make a Potion of Waking Sleep. She will give you a Special Vial
29. Fill the Special Vial with water
30. Kill at least four Suqah and pick up the hides and teeth that they drop – they also conveniently drop Guams and Marrentills, which you need for this potion
31. Use a Pestle and Mortar on the Suqah Tooth
32. Make the Potion, and take it to the Oneiromancer and Talk to her

The Lunar Staff
33. Take a Dramen Staff along with the applicable Talisman or Tiara (or an Omni Tiara) and use the staff on each of the four Elemental Altars (in order: Air, Fire, Water and Earth)
34. Return to Lunar Isle, bank all but your Lunar staff and your Seal of Passage, and Talk to the Oneiromancer and she will hold your Lunar Staff for you

Ceremonial Travelling Clothes
35. To enter the Land of Dreams, you will need Ceremonial Travel Clothes consisting of eight items:

The helm
36. With a Pickaxe and a Hammer, head to the Northeast side of the Island to the to find the Lunar Isle Mine
37. Enter the mine through the small shack, and mine one of the gray Stalagmites in the western part of the mine to obtain a Lunar Ore
38. Take the Ore and Hammer to Rellekka use the Furnace in Rellekka to Refine the Ore and the Anvil to Smith the Lunar Bar into a Lunar Helm

The Cape
39. Return to Lunar Island and Talk to Pauline Polaris
40. Guess her real name and she will give you the Lunar cape: First, choose Pauline but eventually, after all the clues only one name fits those clues, “Jane Blud-Hagic-Maid”

The Amulet
41. Talk to Meteora – she will you to retrieve the tiara she lost to the Suqahs
42. Kill Suqahs until one drops a Special Tiara – be sure to keep four Suqah hides
43. Talk to Meteora and trade her Tiara for the Lunar Amulet.

The Torso, the Gloves, the Boots, and the Trousers
44. Take 400 coins, a Needle, four thread, four Suqah hides and Talk to Rimae Sirsalis to tan Suqah hides (100 coins each)
45. Use a Needle with the four tanned hides to make the four Lunar pieces

The Ring
46. Take a Spade and Talk to Selene
47. Walk East out the gate of the Village then Ssouth-east to the Bridge
48. Cross the bridge, head West, and cross a second bridge
49. Continue West until you see a patch of blue flowers near a starfish and Dig with your Spade on top of the flowers to obtain the Ring
50. With all the Lunar items made and found, a Tinderbox, a Hatchet, your Seal of Passage and some food, Talk to the Oneiromancer - you will need 11 empty Inventory spots
51. Put on your Ceremonial Clothes, Wield the Lunar Staff, and Walk to building in the west of the village that has the Ceremonial Brazier
52. Use the Waking Sleep Vial on the Kindling, and light the Brazier with a Tinderbox, and place the Soaked Kindling in the Brazier

The Dream Lands
53. Talk to the Ethereal Man/Lady

The Ethereal Fluke
54. Step on the Avocado green (Agility potion coloured) Platform and Talk to the Ethereal Fluke
55. Match the correct number of dots on the six dice to the Fluke’s called number
56. The Ethereal Fluke gives you five numbers to match in this task
57. Talk to the Ethereal Man again to tell him what you learned

The Ethereal Numerator
58. Step on the Lavender colouted Platform and talk to the Ethereal Numerator
59. Find the pattern in the sequence of numbers and then press the two numbers that would come next in the pattern
60. Talk to the Ethereal Man again to tell him what you learned

The Ethereal Perceptive
61. Step on the Slate blue platform and talk to the Ethereal Perceptive
62. The Ethereal Perceptive challenges you to a log-cutting race and the first one to pile 20 logs in the centre wins
63. Talk to the Ethereal Man again to tell him what you learned

The Ethereal Guide
64. Step on the grey platform and Talk to the Ethereal Guide
65. Jump from one floating Dream Puff to another to reach the other side
66. Talk to the Ethereal Man again to tell him what you learned

The Ethereal Expert
67. Step on the tea green platform and Talk to the Ethereal Expert
68. Turn on Run, Jump over the four hurdles, and eat when necessary
69. Talk to the Ethereal Man again to tell him what you learned

The Ethereal Mimic
70. Step on the teal green platform and Talk to the Ethereal Mimic
71. The Ethereal Mimic performs an emote that you copy, much like you do in the Mime random event
72. Talk to the Ethereal Mimic after each emote
73. Talk to the Ethereal Man again to tell him what you learned

It’s All about Me
74. After you have completed all the tasks, talk to the Ethereal Man
75. You will be teleported to another island with Me, a 79-level version of yourself wearing lighter-coloured Lunar equipment
76. After you have defeated Me, you are teleported back to the Ethereal Man
77. Talk to the Ethereal Man again
78. Read the My Life book
79. Talk to the Oneiromancer and tell her what you learned
