Walkthrough
1. Talk to Denulth, the Smithy in Burthorpe
2. Take food, as well as some Restore Prayer Potions
3. Climb over the Stile behind Tenzing's house and follow the path North to the rocks blocking the path
4. Climb over the rocks and follow the path East
5. Follow the path climbing over two more rock piles until you reach the Arena Entrance
6. Open the door and Talk to the Troll named "Dad" (Level 101) and accept his duel
7. Fight Dad (Protect from Melee is recommended) and defeat him
8. Walk through the Northeast gate
9. Enter the Cave at the end of the path, run past the Trolls and exit the Cave at the other end
10. Walk along the path until you find some rocks on the side blocking the path
11. Turn on your Protect From Range prayer and run past the Thrower Trolls
12. Continue along the path, walk past the Mountain Trolls and walk up the ramp and enter the Stronghold
13. Inside the Troll Stronghold, head South to the Door, Open the Door and Attack the Troll General (level 113) to the North (Protect From Melee prayer is suggested - he can be ranged or maged from a safe spot)
14. Pick up the Prison Key that the Troll General drops and walk South, out the door and Climb down the Stairs
15. Walk North to unlock the Prison Door and climb down the stairs to the Jail
16. Walk Southwest to find several Jail cells – and two level 71 sleeping Troll guards: Twig and Berry
17. If you have 30 Thieving, you can pickpocket them. If not, you need to kill them to obtain Cell Key 1 to unlock Godric's cell, and Cell Key 2 to open Eadgar's cell
18. Return to Burthorpe to Talk to Dunstan
