1. Talk to the Fallen Man in the Lunar Isle Mines (Cyrisus)
2. Feed Cyrisus four pieces of Food
3. Talk to Cyrisus positively four times
4. Feed Cyrisus four more pieces of Food
5. Feed Cyrisus six more pieces of Food
6. Talk to Cyrisus positively five times
7. Talk to 'Bird's-Eye' Jack in Lunar Isle Bank and get Cyrisus's Dragon Medium Helm, Ahrim's Top and Bottom, Whip and Ranger Boots
9. Take these items to Cyrisus
10. Feed Cyrisus six more pieces of Food
11. Talk to Cyrisus positively four more times
12. Talk to the Oneiromancer
13. Fill the Dream Vial with water
14. Use a Hammer on an Astral Rune, then a Pestle and Mortar on the Crushed Rune and then Add that to the Vial
15. Go to the Troll Stronghold storeroom and get a Goutweed and add to the Vial
16. Equip to kill The Inadequacy (level 343), The Everlasting (level 223), The Untouchable (level 274), and The Illusive (level 108) – all in a row – without using Prayer - suggestion: use Mage or Range and stand to the West side, behind the Lecturn
17. Light the Brazier in the Lunar Isle Ceremonial Hall
18. Talk to Cyrisus to give him the Potion
19. Kill the monsters
20. Talk to the Oneiromancer
